Dewa United continued their winning streak by beating Arema FC 2-0 in week 18 of the BRI Super League at the Banten International Stadium, Serang, Monday.This is Dewa United's second consecutive win in the Super League competition after defeating Persijap Jepara 3-0 the previous week.
In the match against Arema FC, Dewa United secured a victory thanks to two goals scored by striker Alex Martins, according to I.League records.
This victory moved Dewa United up to 10th place in the Super League standings with 23 points from 18 matches, while the defeat dropped Arema FC to 11th place with 21 points.
Dewa took the initiative to attack first and had a golden opportunity to take the lead after Alexis Messidoro was fouled in the penalty box by full-back Johan Alfarizie.
