Draw 1-1 with AC Milan, AS Roma struggled to capitalize on their chances

  AS Roma center-back Daniele Ghilardi admitted his team struggled to capitalize on their chances in their 1-1 draw with AC Milan in the 2025/2026 Serie A match at the Olympic Stadium in Rome, early Monday morning WIB.

"We created a lot of chances but struggled to capitalize on them," Ghilardi was quoted as saying on AS Roma's official website.

According to records from the official Italian League website, AS Roma dominated the match with 58 percent possession. They also recorded seven shots on target from 15 attempts. However, AS Roma's only goal came from a penalty kick by Lorenzo Pellegrini (74').
