The chairman of the Indonesian Futsal Federation (FFI), Michael Victor Sianipar, warmly welcomed the national futsal team's jersey, which will be the same as the national football team's starting in March.
PSSI announced that Kelme will be the apparel sponsor of the Indonesian national team from March 2026 to 2030. Kelme apparel will also be used by the Indonesian futsal national team.
"When asked about the future of the jersey issue, we had a separate contract, and we also have a different timeframe than football. I held a meeting with my colleagues within the FFI, and we agreed to follow the scheme established by the PSSI," Michael told reporters in Jakarta on Friday.
"And when Kelme was chosen and Kelme won, I was personally happy. Not only because I know his quality, but more than that, Kelme has a strong history in Spain, including at the futsal level," he continued.
Michael revealed that he had held discussions with Vice President Kelme, which then led to discussions about inviting the U17 national futsal team to compete in that country.
