He added: "Al-Ahly club will receive the official offer and fax within days, and the English club is very serious and the financial offer is very, very huge."
Previous reports indicated that Imam Ashour had received a strong offer from the Turkish league, but Al-Ahly's management confirmed their commitment to the player until the end of his contract.
