Salford City advanced to the fourth round of the FA Cup after defeating Swindon Town 3-2 in a third-round match at the Peninsula Stadium, Salford, on Tuesday local time.
In this match, Salford City secured victory thanks to goals from Ryan Graydon (2) and Luke Garbutt, while Swindon Town managed to reply through Ollie Palmer and James Ball, according to FA records.
This match was originally scheduled for January 10, but was postponed due to extreme cold weather that caused the pitch to freeze, so it was rescheduled and played ten days later.
Next in the fourth round of the FA Cup, Salford City will be awaited by Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium, Manchester, which is planned to be held on February 14, 2025.
