Vivo has officially launched two affordable 5G phones in the Chinese market, namely the Vivo Y50s 5G and Vivo Y50e 5G with a similar design and most of the specifications.
Reported by GSM Arena on Tuesday, Vivo Y50s 5G and Y50e 5G are powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset and equipped with a 6.74-inch flat LCD screen with HD+ resolution, a 90Hz refresh rate, and a peak brightness level of up to 1,000 nits.
On the back, both phones feature a 13-megapixel main camera combined with an infrared sensor and an LED flash, as well as a ring light built into the camera module. On the front, there's a 5-megapixel camera for selfies and video calls.
Vivo has embedded a 6,000 mAh battery in both devices. The difference is that the Vivo Y50s 5G supports 44 watt fast charging, while the Vivo Y50e 5G only supports up to 15 watt charging.
