Meta delays global launch of Ray-Ban Display due to limited supply
Meta has postponed the launch of its Ray-Ban Display smart glasses in several countries, including the UK, France, Italy and Canada due to very high demand and limited supply.

As reported by Engadget on Tuesday, Meta announced the decision at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2026 in Las Vegas, United States, on Monday.

Meta said it has not yet set a new schedule for Ray-Ban Display's international expansion, previously planned for early 2026. The company said it will prioritize orders in the United States while reviewing its product supply strategy in global markets.

Since its launch, Ray-Ban Display sunglasses have been relatively difficult to obtain. They are not sold online and are only available at a limited number of retail outlets in the United States, including Ray-Ban stores, Sunglass Hut, LensCrafters, and select Best Buy stores.

Consumers must also make an appointment to attend a demonstration session before they can purchase the device.
