Xiaomi Indonesia's Product Marketing Lead , Jeksen, said that the Redmi Note 15 Series devices come with the REDMI Titan Durability standard.
"Through the Redmi Note 15 Series, we are introducing a new standard that is not only strong on the outside, but also solid on the inside, especially in battery innovation that makes this device always ready to use all day long," he said at the product launch event in Jakarta, Thursday.
He said that the Redmi Note 15 Pro+ 5G is equipped with a 6,500mAh Silicon-Carbon (SiC) battery, which is combined with 100W HyperCharge and 22.5W reverse charging .
This model is the first Redmi Note to use the Xiaomi IceLoop cooling system to maintain performance stability.
Redmi Note 15 Pro+ 5G's photography support includes a 200MP main camera with an HPE sensor with 2x and 4x in-sensor zoom capabilities and AI features to produce detailed photos in various lighting conditions.
This device uses Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2, has passed SGS Premium Performance certification, and meets IP66, IP68, IP69, and IP69K water and dust resistance standards.
In addition, there is a Wet Touch 2.0 feature that allows the device screen to remain responsive when wet.
The Redmi Note 15 Pro 5G and other product variants in the Redmi Note 15 Series are also claimed to provide a balance between performance, camera, and battery life.
