Houston Rockets basketball player Alperen Sengun has been named as the replacement for Oklahoma City Thunder guard Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (SGA) for the 2026 NBA All-Star Game.
The NBA website stated Monday that SGA was confirmed to be out due to an abdominal muscle injury ahead of the prestigious match.
NBA Commissioner Adam Silver selected Sengun to strengthen Team World, a team consisting of international players from outside the United States (US).
