Bhayangkara coach has read Persebaya's situation
Bhayangkara Presisi Lampung FC coach Paul Munster stated that he had read Persebaya's situation so he could implement a precise strategy that was the key to their 2-1 victory at Gelora Bung Tomo Stadium, Surabaya, East Java, Saturday night.

"We knew it would be tough at GBT Stadium with Bonek Bonita, but we were focused, we had a 100 percent strategy for this match, and we managed to get the three points," Munster said in a post-match press conference.

He had anticipated the pressure Persebaya would put on him in the second half after his team took the lead, and so he made tactical adjustments to maintain the lead.

The Northern Irish coach also said the strategy change was made situationally because Persebaya was trying to score, but his team still created opportunities.

"We knew Persebaya needed to score, so I made some tactical changes during the match," he said.

Munster admitted to having a positive feeling upon returning to GBT Stadium because of his good relationship with Persebaya, including the players, staff, and supporters.
