Cabinet Secretary Teddy Indra Wijaya revealed eight points that were the main focus of President Prabowo Subianto's briefing at the 2026 TNI-Polri Leadership Meeting (Rapim) at the Merdeka Palace, Jakarta, Monday.
The TNI-Polri Leadership Meeting is a routine annual event held alternately at police and TNI headquarters. However, this year's leadership meeting was held at the Merdeka Palace for the first time.
"In his directive, the President emphasized several things, including: First. The President's great appreciation for all TNI-Polri soldiers in general, especially for their speed in handling disasters everywhere; Second. Strengthening the unity and synergy of the TNI-Polri from the highest leadership level to the lowest soldier, especially in Sumatra," said Teddy in Jakarta, Monday, conveying the points of President Prabowo's briefing.
Then, the third point, President Prabowo asked the ranks of the TNI and Polri to always be ready, alert, and quick to help the people wherever and whenever as proof of the trust that has been given by the people.
Fourth, Cabinet Secretary Teddy continued, President Prabowo also appreciated the TNI-Polri soldiers who guarded, protected, and supported the implementation of strategic government programs such as free nutritious meals (MBG), the Red and White Village/Sub-district Cooperative, People's Schools, programs for food and energy sovereignty, and the construction of bridges in villages for the community, especially school children.
"(The contents of the fifth Presidential briefing) handling and enforcing the law as fairly as possible for everyone; Sixth. Together with local governments, implement the Indonesia ASRI (Safe, Healthy, Clean, Beautiful) program everywhere, starting from offices and the surrounding environment; 7. Protect all of Indonesia's natural resources from all forms of violations and illegal exploitation by anyone," said Teddy.
The eighth point, the President's briefing, or the last one, Teddy continued, President Prabowo reminded the TNI-Polri to continue to maintain readiness in carrying out their duties.
