Four Indonesian junior golfers secured their tickets to the 17th Faldo Junior Tour Asia Grand Final in Laguna Lang Co, Vietnam, after winning the FALDO SERIES INDONESIA (Gunung Geulis Country Club) presented by Birdie Bandits, which took place on February 6–8, 2026, in Bogor, West Java.
The tournament concludes two major categories, namely the Faldo Junior Tour and the Faldo Futures Tour, at the West Course of Gunung Geulis Country Club.
In the U21 men's category, North Sumatra athlete Kifata Aftar emerged as the champion with a total score of 216 or three over par, one stroke ahead of Kenneth Henson Sutianto from DKI Jakarta.
"Today, I really didn't look at the scoreboard. It suddenly dawned on me that I'd won. Just play it safe and go with the flow," Kifata said, as quoted in a written statement.
Meanwhile, in the U16 boys' class, William Justin Wijaya of East Java topped the standings after posting a total of 213 (even par) after a final-round 69. He was one stroke ahead of Yujun Cha of Sim's Academy.
