Inter fans banned from three away games due to crowd throwing
Inter Milan fans have been banned from attending the next three away matches after a flare was thrown at Cremonese goalkeeper Emil Audero during the two teams' match on Sunday (February 1).

Supporters of the Serie A leaders are not permitted to travel for the matches, while residents of the northern Italian region of Lombardy, where Milan is located, are also barred from buying tickets for the games.

The Italian Interior Ministry issued a statement confirming the ban's implementation.

"Following the serious disturbances that have occurred, the Minister of the Interior has imposed a travel ban on Inter supporters until March 23, 2026, as well as a ban on the sale of tickets to Lombardy residents for the same matches," Sky Sport Italia quoted him as saying on Wednesday.

"This measure aims to ensure the protection of public order and security and prevent the recurrence of incidents that could disrupt the smooth running of sporting events."
