Pelita Jaya beats Hawks 91-67, extending unbeaten record
  Pelita Jaya Basketball Jakarta defeated Tangerang Hawks Basketball with a score of 91-67 in the continuation of the 2026 IBL match at the Indoor Sports Center, Tangerang, Banten, Sunday night, while extending their unbeaten record to nine consecutive wins in the regular season.

"This was a team effort. I'm able to do this because of my teammates. The coach's strategy was implemented well on the field, making it easier for me to find shooting space," said Pelita Jaya player Andakara Prastawa Dhyaksa after the match.

The host team, the Tangerang Hawks, opened the game strongly, taking a 19-12 lead in the first quarter. The Hawks also managed to keep the lead tight in the second quarter, trailing by just four points at halftime, 35-39.

Entering the third quarter, the Hawks managed to equalize the score to 42-42 when the game had only been going on for about two minutes.

The situation had been in the home team's favor after Jeffree Withey was sent off for a foul . However, this situation actually sparked a Pelita Jaya comeback.

Pelita Jaya then pulled away and closed the third quarter with a 62-51 lead. In the fourth quarter, the Hawks suffered another blow when Yesaya Saudale was ejected for two consecutive fouls on Agassi Goantara and Prastawa, leaving their star point guard unable to continue.

With six minutes remaining in the game, Pelita Jaya also lost Amorie Archibald to foul out with his team leading 71-59. However, the lead remained intact, especially after Prastawa hit two crucial three-pointers to secure the lead.

Prastawa finished with 19 points, four rebounds , and two assists , including four three-pointers from 10 attempts. As a team, Pelita Jaya made 11 three-pointers from 30 attempts.
