The Indonesian Football Association (PSSI) is continuing its referee exchange partnership with the Japan Football Association (JFA) to improve the quality of refereeing, according to an official statement from PSSI on Tuesday.Early last year, the JFA invited two PSSI referees to officiate the Sanix Cup matches in Japan.
In return, PSSI has now invited JFA to carry out refereeing duties in Indonesian football competitions.
The three-person JFA delegation was in Indonesia from January 23 to February 5, 2026.
