Tips for maintaining fitness during fasting for people in their 30s
 Sports medicine specialist Risky Dwi Rahayu shared several tips for maintaining physical fitness during fasting for people in their 30s.

In an online media briefing on Wednesday, Dr. Risky Dwi Rahayu, M.Gizi, Sp.KO, stated that taking a short nap between activities can help prevent fatigue.

The University of Indonesia graduate said that a short nap can compensate for the lack of sleep due to having to wake up early for sahur and give the body a chance to rest for a while.

Besides taking a short nap, the doctor who practices at Pondok Indah-Bintaro Jaya Hospital said that exercise can also help maintain physical fitness.

According to him, the choice of exercise during fasting should be adjusted to the needs and physical condition of each individual.

Dr. Risky gave an example, aerobic exercise can be done to maintain and improve heart and lung function.

"It's good to do 150 minutes of aerobic exercise per week, with moderate intensity. It doesn't have to be done all at once; it can be divided up into three to five sessions a week," he said.
