Tottenham Hotspur officially sacks Thomas Frank as head coach
Tottenham Hotspur officially fired Thomas Frank from his position as head coach on Wednesday afternoon WIB.

The decision was taken following The Lilywhites' poor performance in recent times, including a 1-2 defeat to Newcastle United a few hours earlier.

The news of the Danish coach's dismissal was announced directly through the club's official social media accounts.

"The club has taken the decision to make a change to the Head Coach position and Thomas Frank will leave the club today," said a Tottenham Hotspur statement.

In an official statement, Tottenham described the change in coaching as a necessary step amidst the team's difficult situation.

"Thomas was appointed in June 2025, and we were determined to give him the time and support he needed to build a future together. However, results and performances have led the Board to conclude that a change at this point in the season is necessary."

Throughout his time in charge of Tottenham, Frank's results have been less than satisfactory. Out of 38 matches in all competitions, Spurs have only managed 13 wins, 10 draws, and 15 losses.
