Persib Bandung player Beckham Putra said his team's positive home record this season is valuable capital ahead of their match against Persik Kediri in week 25 of the BRI Super League at Gelora Bandung Lautan Api Stadium .
Persib has been incredibly strong at home this season, having not dropped a single point in their 12 home matches. In those 12 matches, Persib has scored 22 goals and conceded only one. That single goal was scored by second-placed Borneo.
"This is a good sign that we have a strong defense. Our strikers have also started to show their sharpness by scoring goals. Hopefully, this will be a challenge for us to win the match against Persik so we can stay at the top of the standings," said Beckham, as quoted from Persib's official website.
The owner of the number 7 jersey revealed that the team's current condition is in good shape after a disappointing draw at Persebaya Surabaya's home ground last week with a score of 2-2.
"Thank God, now we have a more complete squad. Hopefully, we can achieve maximum results and maintain our lead at the top of the standings," said Beckham.
