Persita Tangerang goalkeeper Igor Rodrigues said his team's achievements after 25 weeks of the BRI Super League were due to the team's hard work.
Igor said that Persita Tangerang could slowly compete in the top five after many parties doubted it at the start of the season.
"We started badly, losing our first two matches against Persija and Persebaya. People thought Persita would be battling in the relegation zone, but I tried to reassure them not to be afraid because we still had many matches ahead," Igor said.
"Now we will continue to maintain the work we've done since the start of the season and focus on taking each game at a time. We don't work more when we lose, and we don't work less when we win. We work consistently, and the results will come," he continued.
