Lin Chun Yi confirms Taiwan's dominance in the 2026 All England
Taiwan's men's singles player Lin Chun Yi added another title to his country's collection at the 2026 All England Open after defeating India's Lakshya Sen in the final.

In the match at Utilita Arena Birmingham, Birmingham, England, Sunday, Lin won two straight games 21-15, 22-20.

The victory completed Taiwan's success after mixed doubles pair Ye Hong Wei/Nicole Gonzales Chan won the title after defeating fifth-seeded French representatives Thom Gicquel/Delphine Delrue with 21-19, 21-18.

The result also means Lin maintains a perfect record over Sen with five wins across all meetings.

Lin played aggressively from the start. He opened the first game with three consecutive points and utilized solid defense to maintain his lead.

Sen briefly got close with attacks to the front area, but Lin pulled away again with a sharp variety of shots that gave him an 11-9 lead at the interval.

After the break, Lin took even more control of the match. The left-handed player widened the lead to 18-13 before closing out the first game 21-15 in 24 minutes.
