McLaren driver Oscar Piastri beat Mercedes driver Kimi Antonelli to appear fastest in free practice 2 (FP1) of the Formula 1 Australian Grand Prix which took place at the Melbourne Grand Prix Circuit, Melbourne, Friday.
As the session began, Mercedes driver George Russell immediately took the lead by recording the fastest time.
Russell continued to be overshadowed by Racing Bulls driver Arvin Lindblas, who was able to improve his time to finish in second place.
