Persija Jakarta has officially partnered with VIDA, a digital identity and fraud prevention solutions provider in Indonesia, to digitize the club's administration and document signing processes.
This strategic step is an important milestone in Persija's digital transformation journey, particularly in building a more secure, structured, and high-standard document governance.
This collaboration makes Persija the first football club in Indonesia to implement VIDA-certified electronic signatures in its administration system.
"Persija wants to continue growing and adapting to technological developments. Our collaboration with VIDA, through VIDA Sign, is a concrete step towards providing a more effective and secure administrative process while simultaneously strengthening the club's sustainable governance," said Persija Director Mohamad Prapanca.
With this collaboration, the signing process now takes place in a centralized and verified system, allowing for much faster document completion. Documents handled include player contracts, partnership agreements with sponsors and vendors, and various internal club documents.
Not only will the VIDA Sign implementation speed up the process, it will also simplify comprehensive identity verification, including for foreign nationals involved in the signing process. This capability strengthens Persija's readiness as a professional club operating in a dynamic and global ecosystem.
