Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs Airlangga Hartarto said Indonesia's digital economy sector can be strengthened through technological innovation in online transportation services.
According to him, artificial intelligence (AI)-based innovation in online transportation services can support driver partners, MSMEs, and consumers, while also creating new and inclusive job opportunities.
"This AI technology is being used to optimize the purchasing power of partners, particularly small and medium enterprises. Furthermore, the instant use of data, from sales trends to customer summaries, will certainly help MSMEs determine the types of products they need to develop and supply," Airlangga said .
