Steam has apologized for an error in including the Indonesian Game Rating System (IGRS) rating on games on its platform, which had previously attracted public attention.
Steam explained that there was a technical error and miscommunication, resulting in the ratings being displayed being inaccurate and incomplete.
"A technical error and miscommunication resulted in inaccurate and incomplete ratings being temporarily displayed on Steam between April 2 and April 5," Steam wrote in its official statement, quoted.
