In the latest Israeli raids, a Palestinian was killed and another was injured in a bombing that targeted the center of Gaza City, according to a medical source at Al-Shifa Hospital.
Eyewitnesses indicated that an Israeli drone strike targeted two young men inside a cafe, resulting in one martyr and one critically injured person being transferred to Al-Shifa Hospital.
For its part, the Gaza Medical Services Directorate noted that its teams transported a person injured by Israeli occupation army gunfire, as a result of a shooting incident in the Beit Lahia market area in the northern Gaza Strip.
In this context, the Baptist Hospital received two injured people, as a result of gunfire from Israeli “quadcopter” drones in the Shuja’iyya and Zeitoun neighborhoods, east of Gaza City.
In the past few hours, two Palestinians were killed by Israeli gunfire in the cities of Rafah and Khan Yunis in the southern Gaza Strip, according to a medical source.
Eyewitnesses explained that the first Palestinian was killed by Israeli gunfire in the Muawiya area, northwest of Rafah, and the second near Abu Hamid roundabout in Khan Yunis, in two areas that, according to the agreement, are supposed to be outside the control and deployment of the occupation army.
Nasser Hospital in Khan Younis also received two injuries as a result of a bomb being thrown from a "quadcopter" drone towards a group of Palestinians near the Bani Suheila roundabout, east of the city.
For its part, the Israeli occupation army claimed that it killed "Hamas elements" who approached areas it occupies, alleging that they "were planning to carry out attacks in the central Gaza Strip in the near future."
Early Monday, a medical source at Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital reported that three Palestinians were killed and another was injured in an Israeli bombing of Deir al-Balah city in the central Gaza Strip.
Eyewitnesses reported that an Israeli drone bombed, at dawn, a gathering of citizens in the Al-Mazraa Street area of Deir al-Balah, in an area outside the control and deployment of the occupation army.
In a related context, eyewitnesses explained that Israeli artillery repeatedly targeted the eastern areas of Rafah and Khan Yunis, as well as the eastern neighborhoods of Gaza City.
On a daily basis, the Israeli occupation army commits violations of the ceasefire agreement by bombing and shooting, which has resulted in the martyrdom of 754 Palestinians and the injury of 2,100 since it came into effect, according to a statement by the Ministry of Health on Sunday.
The agreement was reached two years after a genocidal war that Israel began in Gaza on October 8, 2023, with American support, and which continued in various forms afterward, leaving more than 72,000 martyrs and more than 172,000 wounded Palestinians, and widespread destruction affecting 90% of the infrastructure.
