Juventus CEO Damien Comolli said in a statement: "This extension represents a further step to strengthen the solidity and continuity of our sporting project as we look to the future, with the aim of making the team even more competitive."
Locatelli, 28, said: "Juventus has always been my childhood dream. My whole family are fans of the team. For me, being here is a double pleasure because I am joining a strong and special club."
The Italian international, who wears the Juventus captain's armband this season, joined Juve in 2021 initially on loan from Sassuolo before signing a permanent contract in 2023.
