Press reports have revealed the latest developments in Barcelona's signing of Argentine international Julian Alvarez, a player for Atletico Madrid's first football team.
Barcelona had expressed interest in signing the 26-year-old striker during the upcoming summer transfer window as the Catalan club searched for a successor to Polish striker Robert Lewandowski.
