PT Hutama Karya recorded that as , the progress of the Senen Housing development had reached 99.04 percent.
Acting Executive Vice President (EVP) and Corporate Secretary of Hutama Karya, Hamdani, stated that the accelerated development was being undertaken to ensure the immediate benefits of the housing project could be felt by the community.
"Accelerating construction isn't just about meeting the completion date, but also about providing faster solutions for the people living along the railway lines. Therefore, we are maintaining a 24-hour work schedule with a reliable workforce and strict quality control to ensure the resulting housing remains safe, comfortable, and sustainable," Hamdani said in a statement in Jakarta on Tuesday.
The state-owned enterprise recorded significant progress in the construction of the Senen Housing Complex, as a follow-up to President Prabowo Subianto's instruction to provide decent housing for the community in the railway area of Kramat Village, Senen District.
