Pelita Jaya Jakarta basketball player Perrin Levon Buford led his team to defeat Dewa United Banten with a score of 93-79 in the second match of the 2026 Indonesian Basketball League (IBL) semifinals at GMSB
The win evened the score or match record between the two teams at 1-1 in the best-of-five series .
According to IBL statistics, Buford, the host's small forward , recorded a triple-double with 28 points, 12 rebounds , and 12 assists , along with three steals . His points tally was the highest among both teammates and opponents.
From the visiting team, Troy Akeem Gillenwater, who plays power forward, scored 23 points and seven rebounds .
The third and fourth matches for both teams will be held at Dewa United Arena in Tangerang City, Banten, ). The fifth match will be held at Pelita Jaya's home ground.
From the start of the quarter, the game was fast-paced but under the home side's control. Buford opened the scoring with a pull-up jump shot , a driving layup , and a free throw, giving his team a 5-0 lead.
The visitors responded through Rio Disi, who also made a driving layup to break into the paint . The quarter ended 26-18 in favor of Pelita Jaya, coached by David Singleton.
