The Audit Board of Indonesia issued an unqualified opinion on the 2025 Financial Statements Report

The Indonesian Audit Board  issued an unqualified opinion (WTP) on the 2025 Central Government Financial Report .

BPK Chair Isma Yatun said the results were based on an examination of 97 financial reports from ministries/institutions and one financial report from the state treasurer.

"Based on the audit results of the 2025 Financial Statements Report (LKPP), the Supreme Audit Agency  issued an unqualified opinion," he said while delivering the audit report on the 2025 LKPP at a plenary session of the House of Representatives.

Although the central government overall achieved a WTP, there was one institution that did not meet the highest standard.

The National Food Agency  was declared to have received a qualified opinion. However, the Audit Board  emphasized that this did not have a material impact on the overall fairness of the 2025 Financial Statements Report  as a whole.

Isma said the WTP opinion achieved again this year was the result of hard work and a commitment to improving state financial governance.

This achievement is expected to be the foundation for strengthening accountability and optimizing the state budget for public welfare.

In its report, the BPK also highlighted two strategic areas that require continuous improvement.

First, the BPK emphasized the need to strengthen governance and transparency regarding the institutional transformation of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) following the ratification of Laws Number 1 and Number 16 of 2025.

"This regulatory change has significant consequences that require strengthening the governance framework and adequate accountability mechanisms to remain aligned with the principles of transparency, prudence, and responsible state financial management," he said.
