| US military had launched an attack on Iranian coastal military bases |
The Iranian Revolutionary Guard announced that the US military had launched an attack on Iranian coastal military bases, and that its retaliatory operations against the US attacks targeted US bases in Jordan, Bahrain and Kuwait.
The Iranian Revolutionary Guard said its naval forces carried out operations to stop two violating vessels in the Strait of Hormuz last night, noting that the two vessels had turned off their identification systems and taken an illegal route that endangered navigation in the Strait of Hormuz, considering that the US military incited the vessels to make illegal movements in the Strait of Hormuz.
The Iranian Revolutionary Guard added that the US military launched an attack on Iranian coastal military bases, revealing once again its savage nature.
Iran’s Revolutionary Guard said it targeted large missile depots and fuel storage facilities at Prince Hassan Air Base in Jordan with missiles and drones.
It also announced the complete destruction of fuel depots and Patriot air defense systems at the US base in Ali Salem, Kuwait, as well as a strategic radar system (FPS) at Ahmed Al Jaber Air Base.
The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps' public relations department stated that "the third phase of the 'reciprocal action' in response to the transgressions of the arrogant and aggressive US regime is ongoing."
The Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) confirmed that it destroyed key helicopter repair and maintenance facilities, a P-8 electronic reconnaissance drone launch platform, and a US Army drone command and control center at a US base in the Sheikh Isa area of Bahrain.
It emphasized that "the Strait of Hormuz is our territory, and we will not allow a rogue, child-killing army from another part of the world to continue its illegal interventions in it."
