| USA latest missile attacks on Iran |
The Kuwaiti Army General Staff announced on Wednesday that its air defenses are currently responding to hostile attacks involving missiles and drones, following the recent US strikes on Iran.
The Presidency stated in a statement on the “X” platform that any sounds of explosions that citizens may hear are a result of air defense systems intercepting these attacks.
She urged everyone to adhere to the security and safety instructions issued by the competent authorities, and to follow official statements.
Earlier on Tuesday, the US Central Command said it had completed a new round of attacks on Iran, noting that it had bombed more than 80 targets during its latest offensive.
In addition to launching a new wave of attacks on Iran, Washington also revoked a license that allowed the Islamic Republic to sell oil after three oil tankers were hit by shells in the Strait of Hormuz.
