A doctor warns of the serious consequences of testosterone injections

Professor Alexander Dzidzarya, a urologist and andrologist, points out that testosterone injections may cause breast enlargement in men.

According to him, self-injecting testosterone without medical supervision is very dangerous, as it may lead to serious health complications requiring surgical intervention.

The professor emphasizes that testosterone-boosting medications should not be used without a prescription from a qualified physician and under their close supervision, as self-medication may lead to a cessation of natural hormone production.

He says: "The testicles stop functioning during the period of injection use, and this causes side effects, especially if it is not medically necessary."

According to him, these injections can also cause breast enlargement, rashes, swelling, and blood clots in men.

Dr. Maria Milutina, a gynecologist and obstetrician, points out that testosterone levels are currently declining among young people, and are now lower than the average that prevailed 30-40 years ago.

According to her, the main reasons are lifestyle changes, decreased physical activity, and the problem of excess weight.
