Samsung Electronics Indonesia recently launched the Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 and Galaxy Watch 9, offering improvements in a number of aspects, from battery capacity and performance to artificial intelligence (AI)-based health monitoring features, as part of a refresh of its latest smartwatch line.
"For those of you who have been using the Watch Ultra, it now feels much lighter. Design-wise, it's only 12 percent thinner than the previous generation. So it's lighter, but we've even given it a larger battery capacity, up to 35 percent larger than the previous generation," said Ilham Indrawan, Head of MX Product Marketing and Senior Manager of Samsung Electronics Indonesia,.
In addition to the design updates, Samsung has for the first time embedded the Snapdragon Wear Elite chipset in the Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 and Galaxy Watch 9. According to Ilham, the use of this chipset improves device responsiveness as well as GPS accuracy, especially when used for outdoor activities such as trail running.
