Jasa Marga becomes a "command center" mentor to strengthen the response of state-owned enterprise services

 






  PT Jasa Marga has become a command center management mentor in Danantara's Marketing Center of Excellence program to strengthen the speed of response, data-based decision-making, and public services of state-owned enterprises.

Jasa Marga President Director Rivan A Purwantono said the program, initiated by PT Danantara Asset Management, serves as a means for transferring knowledge, exchanging
 best practices, and strengthening service capabilities across state-owned enterprises on an ongoing basis.

The activity, which carried the theme "Command Center Management: Turning Information into Decisions, Decisions into Actions, and Actions into Public Trust", was held at the Jasamarga Tollroad Command Center , Jatiasih, Bekasi.

The four BUMNs that became Mentees in the program were PT PLN (Persero), PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry , PT Pelabuhan Indonesia , and PT Kereta Commuter Indonesia.

"In addition, this activity was also attended online by representatives from 22 state-owned enterprises in the public service sector," he said.

Rivan said that around 3.5 million vehicles are recorded daily passing through Jasa Marga Group's toll roads, reflecting the public's strong trust and opening up opportunities for the company to continue creating sustainable value.
