Microsoft revenue of US$90 billion for the fourth quarter (Q4) of the 2026 fiscal year ending June 30, up 18 percent compared to the same period the previous year.
The company posted quarterly net income of US$35.8 billion, a 31 percent year-on-year increase under generally accepted accounting principles . Diluted earnings per share rose 32 percent to US$4.81.
Microsoft's operating profit increased 18 percent year-on-year to US$40.6 billion.
Excluding the impact of the investment in OpenAI, quarterly net income reached US$35.3 billion, a 22 percent increase, while diluted earnings per share increased 23 percent to US$4.74.
For fiscal 2026 as a whole, Microsoft reported revenue of US$331.8 billion, an 18 percent increase over the previous fiscal year. Its GAAP operating profit rose 21 percent to US$155.2 billion, while GAAP net income increased 31 percent to US$133.7 billion.
"We continue to push the boundaries on cost-to-outcome, ensuring every customer can turn tokens into business results," said Satya Nadella, Microsoft chairman and CEO.
"This year, Azure revenue surpassed $100 billion for the first time, and Microsoft 365 Copilot reached more than 30 million paid users, reflecting our customers' trust in us to support their AI transformation," Nadella said.
