Deputy Minister of Communication and Digital Nezar Patria emphasized that the success of government policies is determined not only by the quality of their substance, but also by effective communication and public trust.
According to him, changes in the digital communications landscape require the government to build adaptive communications so that every policy can be understood and accepted by the public.
"What we're doing is competing for trust, the public's confidence. This is the problem in our policy communication today. If we can formulate it, the success of a policy is determined by the quality of the policy itself, communication practices, and public trust," Nezar said in a statement confirmed.
