The Nahdlatul Ulama Executive Board is finalizing the materials for its 35th Congress through pre-conference discussions to ensure the session runs more effectively and to provide input on the organization's programs, particularly the development of digital-based organizations.
PBNU Khatib Aam Prof. Mohammad Nuh in Surabaya, said that the material to be discussed at the congress had been prepared since the National Conference and the Grand Conference , then finalized before the congress was held.
"We don't want all the material to be discussed at the Congress without preparation. Material that has the potential to cause differences of opinion will be discussed first in the pre-congress so that the discussions at the Congress will be relatively softer , " said Mohammad Nuh, Secretary of the Steering Committee of the 35th Nahdlatul Ulama Congress.
He explained that the material discussed covered religious, organizational, recommendations, and programs that were within the authority of the conference to decide.
