Deputy Minister of Communication and Digital Affairs Nezar Patria emphasized the importance of providing a safe space for children on online film viewing platforms.
"I was told by a colleague from the Ministry of Economy and Creative Economy that Indonesian films are currently booming and trending . I think this is a good opportunity for us to enrich our national film content with content that's safe for families and children to watch," Nezar said at a media conference.
Nezar believes all parties have a crucial role to play in ensuring a safe digital space for children, allowing them to grow and develop creatively and produce quality works. He believes digital spaces can help both children and creators develop their creativity by producing healthy, educational, and inspiring content.
