Media reports indicate increased revenue for Trump from real estate projects in the Gulf region

CNBC reported that US President Donald Trump's income from overseas real estate projects has increased tenfold in recent years, mostly in the Gulf region.

Based on an analysis of Trump’s tax returns, the channel indicated that he earned $59.5 million in 2025 from real estate projects related to his name abroad. She pointed out that this amount is 10 times greater than the similar revenues for 2023.

The channel added that two-thirds of that amount came from the Gulf states, noting that $25.8 million was obtained from Saudi Arabia’s Dar Al Arkan and its subsidiaries, and $11.3 million from Damac projects in Dubai.

CNBC said it had not uncovered any evidence that money from foreign companies influenced the Trump administration's decisions or policies.

Commenting on the matter, the White House stressed that the only thing that determines Trump's decisions is "his concern for the interests of the American people."
