Apple announced plans to hold a new product launch event with the slogan Surprise and Shine on September 9, 2026.
According to a TechCrunch report on Wednesday (26/8), Apple will likely introduce its first foldable iPhone at the event.
The iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max devices are also expected to be introduced at a product launch event scheduled to take place at Apple Park, California, United States.
Meanwhile, the standard version of the iPhone 18 is rumored to be introduced in 2027.
The event on September 9, 2026, will be Apple's first new product launch event held under the leadership of John Ternus, who will succeed Tim Cook as Apple's leader starting September 1, 2026.
In addition to introducing the latest iPhone models, Apple is expected to launch the next-generation Apple Watch Series 12 and Apple Watch Ultra at the event.
Apple will also likely announce the release schedule for iOS 27, iPadOS 27, macOS Golden Gate, and other software updates.
