A fiery comment from Al-Waleed bin Talal after Al-Hilal's victory over Al-Shabab

Following the match, Al-Waleed bin Talal posted a message on his official account on the "X" platform, in which he celebrated the victory, but he chose strong words when talking about the future of Al-Hilal, saying: "Al-Hilal is a trust from my brother, the Crown Prince, so all we have to say is, 'The storm has become a hurricane, and the hurricane will continue for many years.'"

He added in his message, displaying a picture of the team's foreign players: "Al-Hilal is a global team of national teams, 19 players representing 11 countries. Al-Hilal is the global champion."

Before the start of the season, Al-Waleed bin Talal used the expression “storm” when talking about Al-Hilal’s moves, before subsequent developments gave the phrase a different meaning, especially with the deals the club made, including signing Brazilian Gabriel Martinelli and Englishman Olly Watkins, in addition to Crescencio Somerville.

The victory over Al-Shabab is Al-Hilal’s fifth consecutive win in the league, allowing the team to continue its perfect start and maintain its lead in the standings with 15 points, while Al-Shabab’s tally remains frozen at 3 points.
