Mohamed Shams, the lawyer for Dan Adam, the wife of Hossam Hassan, the coach of the Egyptian national team, revealed new developments regarding the rumors that the two parties intend to take steps towards divorce after several crises between them in the past period.
Dan Adam’s lawyer, Mohamed Shams, confirmed on Tuesday that his client had contacted him and informed him that there was an agreement between her and Hossam Hassan to end their marriage, and that he was on his way to meet with them to find out the reasons that led them to this result.
Before Shams returned to clarify in new statements on Wednesday that the crisis between Dan Adam and the technical director of the Egyptian national team ended with reconciliation, explaining that there was no separation and their relationship is stable.
The disputes had escalated strongly in the past period following an altercation that took place in the North Coast region of Egypt during one of the parties, between Hossam Hassan’s first wife, Howaida El-Gharbawi, and his second wife, Dan Adam, which ended with the divorce of the first wife.
Dan Adam had previously revealed details of the recent altercation that occurred between her and Hossam Hassan’s first wife, explaining that she was surprised to find the two daughters of the Egyptian national team coach at a hotel in the North Coast region, before being attacked by them, which caused a major fight that ended with Hossam Hassan fainting.
It is worth noting that Hossam Hassan recently renewed his contract with the Egyptian national team until 2030, in order to plan for qualification to the next 2030 World Cup, following the performance of the Pharaohs in the 2026 edition, which saw the team reach the round of 16 of the World Cup for the first time in Egypt’s history.
