For his part, Australian Graham Arnold, the coach of the Iraqi national team, confirmed his team’s readiness to face Saudi Arabia, stressing the importance of maintaining mental focus and delivering the best performance to achieve a positive result and advance to the semi-finals.
Arnold said at a press conference on Monday: "We will enter the Saudi Arabia match with full focus, and we are currently working to regain our physical and mental fitness after the tough match against Kuwait in the last round. The Saudi team has strong players and is good at pressing, and playing on their home ground represents a difficult challenge for us, but we have worked on the mental aspect and are ready for this challenge."
