Regarding teaching staff, the Minister of Home Affairs stated that more than 172,000 teachers were included in the discussions. Efforts will be made to have them take the test as part of the personnel status structuring process.

"The conclusion was that we would try to get them to take some kind of test and then become employees of the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education if they passed," he said.
