Based on the company's statement in Bandung, the strengthening of this cooperation was marked by the signing of a Cooperation Agreement on the Utilization of Resources and Utilization of Aircraft/Helicopter Maintenance Facilities by PTDI President Director Gita Amperiawan and Koharmatau Commander Air Marshal TNI Rudolf P Buulolo.
This step was also followed up concretely through the signing of a Side Letter document covering cooperation in the procurement of spare parts and maintenance for the Indonesian Air Force's CN235 aircraft fleet.
Through this agreement, Koharmatau provides support in the form of providing personnel, equipment, facilities, and Ground Support Equipment.
On the other hand, PTDI has prepared technical personnel and provided full maintenance support to ensure the operational readiness of the national air defense system.
PTDI President Director Gita Amperiawan emphasized that this collaboration is a form of the defense industry's commitment to providing continuous after-sales support for the PTDI-made fleet operated by the Indonesian Air Force.
According to him, this collaboration is crucial to ensure the fleet's capabilities are maintained and meet the Indonesian Air Force's Optimum Essential Force.
"For us, this collaboration also represents a commitment to continue supporting the maintenance needs of the Indonesian Air Force's defense equipment. Through the technical capabilities of our human resources and the facilities owned by each party, we hope that maintenance activities can be carried out in a more coordinated manner according to needs."
