The Russian Defense Ministry announced that its forces launched an intensive strike and 17 mass strikes during the last week on targets linked to the Ukrainian army and the infrastructure it uses, and liberated 15 towns on various battlefronts.

The Russian Defense Ministry said in its weekly report issued on Friday that these strikes were carried out with high-precision weapons launched from land and air and attack drones, and resulted in casualties:
Military industry enterprises, logistics centers, and energy, fuel, and transport infrastructure facilities used by the Ukrainian military.
Workshops for the production of drones and their components, and storage sites.
Ammunition and fuel depots, military property, and temporary deployment points for Ukrainian forces and foreign mercenaries. The report added that the strikes disrupted the operation of a number of Ukrainian port infrastructure facilities used to receive and store military shipments, fuel and lubricants to meet the needs of the Ukrainian army.
The report stated that during the past week, eight dry cargo ships and a container ship used by Ukrainian forces were hit.
The report indicated that units of the "Southern" forces group liberated the town of Nikanorovka in Donetsk, while the "Central" forces liberated the town of Gruzskoye in Donetsk as well, thus raising the total number of residential centers liberated and controlled by Russian forces during the week to 15 towns located in Kharkiv, Sumy, Donetsk and Zaporizhzhia.
According to the figures in the report, Ukraine lost approximately 9,685 soldiers during the last 7 days on various fronts, distributed as follows:
More than 1660 soldiers in the area of responsibility of the "Northern" forces group.
More than 1415 in the area of responsibility of the "Western" forces
More than 1345 in the area of responsibility of the "Southern" forces
More than 2685 in the area of responsibility of the "Central" forces
More than 2230 in the area of responsibility of the "East" forces
Approximately 330 in the area of responsibility of the "Dnieper" forces
During the week, Russian air defense systems shot down 49 guided aerial bombs, 19 shells from US-made HIMARS rocket launchers, 8 long-range Flamingo cruise missiles, and 6,093 drones, while the Black Sea Fleet forces destroyed 14 Ukrainian Navy drone boats during the same period.
The total amount of Ukrainian equipment destroyed since the start of the military operation is: 674 aircraft, 284 helicopters, 227,730 drones, 670 air defense systems, 30,817 tanks and armored vehicles, 1,776 rocket launchers, 36,372 artillery pieces and mortars, and 71,023 special military vehicles.
