North Sumatra Deputy Governor Surya said that the increase in the BB predicate must have clear targets, including those for the next few years.
"I request that it be increased to BB in 2026-2027, and A (Satisfactory) in 2028-2029. We must have a target, otherwise, we will continue to stagnate," Surya said after leading a meeting to accelerate the improvement of the North Sumatra Provincial Government's SAKIP at the North Sumatra Governor's Office.
The Deputy Governor emphasized that the increase in the BB predicate must be accompanied by strengthening the performance and accountability of regional apparatus organizations within the North Sumatra Provincial Government.
Surya said that the SAKIP scores of the majority of OPDs within the North Sumatra Provincial Government in 2025.
To improve these achievements, the North Sumatra Provincial Government needs to strengthen the performance and accountability of all regional apparatus.
"All OPDs are participating so that improvements can be made in a measurable and sustainable manner," said Surya.
The Deputy Governor also said that currently three OPDs have achieved the AA (Very Satisfactory) predicate, namely the Regional Development Planning, Research and Innovation Agency, the Health Service, and the Inspectorate.
