Shobeir said in statements on his radio program: "The Al-Ahly and Zamalek match will affect the fate of the coaches in both clubs. It will definitely affect them, especially in Al-Ahly club. I stand by this statement."
He continued: "If Al Ahly wins, things will be good for Ammouta, as he has played 5 matches, winning 4 and drawing one, and then he won against Zamalek, and his situation will be stable within the Red Castle."
He continued: "But if Al Ahly draws against Zamalek, the situation will be greatly shaken for the coach's position because the fans see that the team has an abundance of players."
He added: "For Zamalek, it will be less costly if they win. They will erect a statue at the club's entrance for Moataz Gamal, who won the league last season and defeated Al-Ahly. In case of a draw, the situation will be very acceptable given the circumstances the club is going through."
He continued: "But if Zamalek loses, the fans will be angry and will not accept it and will not find any justification, whether it be circumstances or problems, but the magnitude of the problem that will occur if the Whites lose is less than the problems that will occur if Al-Ahly loses."
He concluded: "The match is very important. The fans of both teams love to win it by a goal difference, but the result without performance will not make a difference to them. What matters is winning, but if it is a win with a good performance and a big score, the situation will be very different."
Al Ahly and Zamalek are scheduled to meet next Sunday at Cairo International Stadium, as part of the sixth round of the Egyptian Premier League competition.
