The Director of Digital Government Applications at the Ministry of Communication and Digital , Yessi Arnaz Ferari, revealed that the test results for the digital Social Protection system before its national debut show that it can now be accessed by 600,000 families in one day.

There are two testing methods that are carried out, namely stress tests and load tests , and both do not just stop at one test but are carried out routinely even after the program is implemented more widely.
"We're currently fine-tuning the system. We're trying to move the social protection portal and the Government Service Connection System to the new government cloud . It has better specifications. Next week, we'll conduct another stress and load test . This way, we can achieve optimal results," Yessi said event at the Ministry of Communication and Digital's office
Yessi further explained that this capacity testing is crucial for maintaining a high-quality user experience when accessing the service. If the surge in registrations exceeds the maximum capacity, the system is designed to prevent downtime or 404 or 504 error codes .
